RETURN OR EXCHANGE POLICY


We want you to LOVE your jewelry! So, if you don't love it, you can return any full priced item within 30 days of delivery for a refund, exchange or store credit.

To start your return, email support@twisted-silver.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.


PLEASE NOTE:

Items being exchanged or returned for store credit will receive store credit in the full purchase price.

Items being returned for a refund will be refunded the purchase price minus the return label shipping cost. 


ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS:


Discounted items (ie. outlet - usually ending in $0.99), DOW, gift cards and Grab Bags are FINAL SALE.


WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY REFUND OR STORE CREDIT?

Refunds and store credit are issued AFTER your item(s) have been delivered to our warehouse.

We issue refunds once a week so please allow up to 7 business days from when your item(s) were received by us for your refund or store credit to be issued.


Store credit will be emailed to the email address used on the original order. 


Once a refund is issued it can take up to 10 business days for the funds to return to your original payment form. 


TWISTED GIRLS CLUB RETURN POLICY: 

We know that not everyone is going to love each month they receive.

Which, is why you can return any TGC set you receive as long as it's returned during the month it was sent out (ie. June's set can only be returned in June.).


You can return for a $39 refund minus the return label shipping cost or $40 store credit*.
