  • When will my order be shipped?

Most orders are shipped out within 1-2 business days. 

We ship orders Monday - Friday. 

  • How long will my order take to be delivered?

We offer 3 different shipping options for domestic orders.


First Class : 5-10 business days

Priority Mail : 2-3 business days

Priority Mail Express*: 1-2 business days


*EXPRESS is the only GUARANTEED delivery by USPS. Please keep this in mind when placing your order. Priority mail is more often than not there on or before 3 business days but not guaranteed by USPS. 

  • I don't love my jewelry - can i return it?

We want you to LOVE your jewelry! So, if you don't love it, you can return any full priced item within 30 days of delivery for a refund, exchange or store credit.


Discounted items, DOW, and Grab Bags are FINAL SALE.


To start your return, email support@twisted-silver.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.



  • when can i expect my refund when i return an item?
Refunds are issued AFTER your item(s) have been delivered to our warehouse.
We issue refunds once a week so please allow up to 7 business days from when your item(s) were received by us for your refund to be issued.

Once a refund is issued it can take up to 10 business days for the funds to return to your original payment form. 
  • Can i return my twisted girls club box if I don't love it?

Of course! We know that not everyone is going to love each month they receive.

Which, is why you can return any TGC set you receive as long as it's returned during the month it was sent out (ie. June's set can only be returned in June.).


You can return for a $39 refund or $40 store credit minus any discounts used.

  • My tracking number says my order was delivered - but, i didn't receive it.

Ugh! We're so sorry! We wish we could hand-deliver everything to ensure proper delivery.


The good news is, more often than not, your order will show up in the next business day or two. Sometimes your mail carrier will mark your order as delivered but then get behind and won't get to for another day or two. 


We recommend giving your local post office a call and asking to speak to your mail carrier. They can usually let you know if the package is still on their truck or if it maybe got delivered to a neighbor by accident.  

  • does my jewelry have a warranty if something breaks?

ABSOLUTELY! Our jewelry is tough, but not indestructible. 

We offer a 90 day repair/replacement policy if anything happens to your jewelry within those first few months. 


To inquire about a repair, please email support@twisted-silver.com with your order number.


If 90 days has passed, we are still happy to make any possible repair but can no longer replace the item. 

  • i forgot to use my discount code at checkout! Can I still apply it to my order?

While we are unable to apply a code after an order has already been placed we can offer the following:


1. Issue store credit in the amount the code would have saved.

2. If the order hasn't shipped we can cancel the order and you can place a new one using the code.


To request either option, email support@twisted-silver.com with your order number, discount code, and preferred method.

  • How do I manage my twisted girls club subscription?

Login* to your account on the Twisted Silver website (https://twisted-silver.com/account/login) and click "Manage my TGC Subscription" from the Twisted Girls Club menu.


Below your subscription details/summary click "view details" to expand the subscription management options. 

You can change your shipping/billing address, credit card payment, skip a month, cancel your subscription, etc from these options.

*If you haven't ever logged into your account before and set up your password you will need to request an account activation email. Simply email support@twisted-silver.com with the email address associated with your subscription and we can send you the account activation email.

  • What is my jewelry made out of?

Most of our metals are raw brass.

Some of our silver items are silver plated brass or stainless steel. 

  • How do i care for my jewelry / will it tarnish?

Tarnishing is totally natural! 


Brass is "alive" so it is reacting to the oils on our skin, the elements we live in, etc. 

But, the brass doesn't react the same way on everyone. 


For example, some people find their jewelry darkens. And, some people love that look.

But, others find that their brass actually brightens. 


The good news is, it's super easy to polish back up if you prefer that brighter brassy look. 


We love to use the yellow sunshine polishing cloth. It has a compound that breaks down those elements that cause tarnishing on the surface of the metal. 

You can also use a bit of white vinegar on a rag. This method will break down the darkness but won't necessarily brighten the metal so it may be a bit more dull than if you used the polishing cloth.

  • do you offer wholesale?

We do! Send an email to support@twisted-silver.com and we will get you an application.

  • who pays for duties/fees on international orders?

Any duty fees and/or taxes that may be due upon receiving a package in a different country other than USA will be the responsibility of the customer.

  • Can i come shop at your warehouse?

While we no longer have a retail shop we do set up for shopping once a month at our warehouse. Yay!

  • Can i pick up an order if I'm local or in St. George?

ABSOLUTELY! Simply select the "Local Pickup" option when picking a shipping option at checkout. 


Pick up orders are usually ready the next business day.

Pick up days/times are Monday - Friday  10am-5pm MST.
